GENIUS YOU is underpinned by a psychometric survey. It is a barometer of creative confidence and a springboard to personal development. This was developed and validated between 2008 and 2012 in partnership with Dr. Kamal Birdi from the Institute of Work Psychology at Sheffield University.

It has been completed by over 4000 respondents from 35 major organisations including Unilever, GSK, Pernod Ricard, HSBC, Tesco, O2, ABInBev, Sanofi and Jardine Matheson.
