Which one are you?

My role in the team is to generate fresh and exciting ideas, inspired by everybody and everything around me. My sense of adventure knows no bounds and I’m always unearthing items of interest. My head is forever brimming full of the possible!!

I am good at sifting through large amounts of information, identifying interesting new patterns and spotting rich themes. My job is to use my intuition to search for the small nugget of an idea that might lead to a BIG opportunity.

My two core skills are leading the creative process and harmonising the strengths of every team member. I ensure that everybody works well together to reach their objective. But I will always be prepared to step in, if needed, to resolve any conflicts.

I enjoy translating and transforming the nugget of an idea into something more tangible. By nature, I am a builder. My skill within the team is then communicating this fully formed idea in a way that others understand and readily buy into.

My job is to examine the alternative choices, weigh up the pros and cons for each and then decide which route to take. I rely on clear criteria, based on hard evidence, as well as my gut feel when making the decision.
